Job summary

Spyrosoft's robotics team in Poland leads projects for mobile robots, drones, and embedded systems. We seek a proactive IT Project Manager who can define development plans with customers, coordinate multiple robotics teams, and translate technical risk for stakeholders.

You will work in a robotics-focused environment, with occasional client visits in Warsaw and collaboration across time zones. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a PM in IT (project/delivery management, planning, stakeholder management).
• Hands-on background or proven experience in robotics or embedded systems.
• Practical understanding of ROS/ROS2 development processes and risks.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and modern agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English (C1).
• Occasional visits to the client’s Warsaw office (~twice a month).
• Willingness to work across various time zones.
• Strong soft skills and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery in an autonomous role.
• Analyze and define development plans with the customer.
• Manage multiple teams working on robotics/embedded projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Bridge technical robotics teams and business expectations, translating risks for stakeholders.
