Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients. The role emphasizes skilled nursing services in patients’ homes, following prescribed orders and nursing processes to ensure quality care.

Candidates must hold an LPN/LVN license, current BLS, and TB/Chest X-ray clearance; one year of nursing experience is preferred. Competitive pay, benefits, and weekly paychecks are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

Qualifications:
