Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Control Manager – Governance & Frameworks to design, maintain, and improve technology risk and control processes. You will monitor effectiveness with KPIs, KRIs, and KCIs, and ensure governance activities are executed consistently across functions.

The role requires translating technical concepts into business language, strong stakeholder management, and English communication. You will visit the Krakow office twice a month as part of hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology risk, control, or governance.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks.
• Experience with KPI/KRI/KCI metrics and monitoring.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication in English.
• Visit Krakow office twice a month.

Requirements

• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and focus on improvement
• Good communication skills in English
