Atdeepsense.ai, webuild AI solutions, but wealso help shape how companies around the world use them. Wework with global organizations such asJohnson & Johnson, Google, Sky, and Docplanner onapplied AI, machine learning, GenAI, data, MLOps, and production-grade AI systems. Wealso work end-to-end, leveraging partnerships with leaders like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud, and AWS.
Our commercial team (business development, marketing and GTM operations) turns that expertise into new clients, new projects and apipeline that keeps growing.
Our commercial motion works, and we’re already well into automating it. The direction isset, the first automations are live, and it’s going well. Now we’re looking for aRevenue Operations Coordinator who will take full ownership ofrunning it and keep pushing itfurther.
Your role asRevenue Operations Coordinator
You’ll own the operational engine behind how deepsense.ai sells: the sales process first, then HubSpot asaproperly owned system ofrecord, and reporting that keeps pace asthe questions weask change.
Let’s behonest about the shape ofthe job. It’s roughly 70% running operations and 30% improving how they run, and the day-to-day comes first: real time inHubSpot, amonthly cycle that has toberight every month, and following upwith Business Development executives ondeals that need updating. Your influence comes through process and systems, not pitching orclient work.
The people who dobest here are comfortable with recurring work and take some pride initrunning flawlessly. They also tend tonotice when something has been done manually for the third time, and goand fix it.
You’ll report tothe Head ofGTM and work daily with Business Development executives, marketing, finance and delivery leads.
What makes this role stand out
- You’ll take over anestablished function and run itasyour own: not starting from zero, not inheriting amess.
- You’ll have real decision rights. HubSpot configuration, report structure, documentation and the next improvement are yours tocall.
- You’ll automate your own job away, with AI agents included, inacompany that builds them for aliving and will back you.
- You’ll work directly with commercial leadership, with short decision paths and nolayers toroute around.
- You’ll grow byscope: more ofthe revenue engine over time, tooling ownership and budget, and eventually people ifyou want them.
Responsibilities
- Owning the sales process end toend: opportunity intake, qualification, proposal and review gates, handoff todelivery.
- Driving process adherence: spotting askipped stage oragate that got waved through, and fixing the cause rather than the record.
- Keeping sales process documentation current asthe process evolves.
- Owning HubSpot asthe system ofrecord: pipelines, deal stages, properties, associations and lifecycle definitions.
- Treating data quality asastanding metric, not aperiodic cleanup: defining what "clean" means, measuring itand chasing it.
- Building and maintaining workflows, automations and integrations, and retiring the ones that nolonger earn their keep.
- Being the person the team asks when they don’t know how something should belogged, and the person who decides the answer.
- Running the recurring reporting cycle: pipeline reviews, monthly marketing leads reporting, and quarterly client and board inputs.
- Preparing forecast inputs leadership can rely on, and being able toexplain any number inthem.
- Building reports that change decisions, and retiring the ones nobody reads.
- Finding the repetitive, error-prone parts ofour commercial operations and removing them through better process design, automation orAI agents.
- Evaluating and proposing tools, and running the implementations you propose.
- Writing down what you build, soitsurvives you being onholiday.
You must have
- 2–5 years ofhands-on experience inrevenue operations, sales operations orbusiness operations, asthe person who built and maintained things, not the person sitting next tothem.
- Areal sense ofownership. When something inyour area breaks, goes stale orslips, you treat itasyours tofix, without waiting tobeasked orhanding itback up. This matters most, and we’ll ask about it: what you took onthat nobody assigned you, and what you fixed that you could have escalated.
- Genuine care about getting details right. Inthis role, quietly wrong numbers domore damage than late ones.
- Ability tochange other people’s habits without having authority over them. Beautiful documentation that sales ignores isafailed project; we’ll ask for aspecific example.
- Hands-on CRM administration experience: HubSpot ideally, Salesforce orsimilar isfine ifyou’re ready toswitch. Expect questions about what you configured, why, and what broke.
- Experience building automations orAI agents for internal operations (n8n, Make, Zapier, scripts, LLM-based tooling: any ofitcounts).
- Process documentation that other people actually followed.
- Excellent written and spoken English, asyou’ll use itdaily, including inmaterials for clients and leadership.
- Polish for day-to-day team communication.
You may have
- Atrack record ofreporting someone acted on. HubSpot native, Sheets, SQL orBI: the tool matters far less than whether areport ofyours ever changed adecision.
- Experience with marketing operations aswell assales.
Weoffer
- Amarket-aligned salary range. The final rate depends onyour experience, skills and the level ofownership you can take inthe role.
- Afunction with real momentum behind it: aworking system totake over, and the latitude toreshape itrather than just keep itrunning.
- AnAI company that will actually back you inautomating your own job away, with internal tooling, agents, and the people who build them for aliving.
- Direct access tothe commercial leadership ofthe company. Short decision paths, nolayers toroute around.
- Growth byscope, not byescape: more ofthe revenue engine over time (marketing operations, partner operations, delivery handoff), tooling ownership and budget, and eventually people ifyou want them.
- Remote-first, flexible work setup, plus offices and co-working spaces inmost ofthe biggest cities inPoland, soyou can work asyou like.
- Get private medical care and aMultisport card.
- Use our company library, attend onsite English lessons, and benefit from adedicated training budget.
- Join free team lunches and enjoy fresh fruit & snacks.
- Take part inteam-building activities and holiday celebrations.
How wework
You’ll have alot ofsay inhow things run, and wewant tobeclear about where the lines sit:
- Yours todecide: HubSpot configuration, report structure, how processes get documented, and which improvement tomake next. We’re hiring someone experienced precisely because wedon’t want tobeapproving that work.
- Wedecide together: changes tothe sales process itself, forecast methodology and tooling spend.
- Escalated: anything with pricing orcontractual implications.
We’ll walk through the details during the interview.
What success looks like
After 3 months: you’re running the sales process day today. Intake, qualification, review gates and handoffs happen onyour watch, and the team knows tocome toyou. You run the recurring reporting cycle without review, and you know our HubSpot aswell asanyone inthe company.
After 6 months: process adherence isvisibly better than when you joined, and you can show it: fewer skipped gates, fewer deals inthe wrong stage, fewer late surprises. You’ve made atleast one improvement tothe process itself, with ameasurable before and after.
After 12 months: the process runs reliably enough that nobody above you ischecking it, and leadership trusts the numbers without verifying them. You’ve moved ontomaking the machine better: automation, tooling, and taking out the manual work that’s still left.
