Optro is seeking an experienced AR Specialist II in Poland to drive collections, resolve complex receivables, and support month-end close. You will work with cross-functional teams across Sales, Legal, and Accounting to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience with handling large, complex accounts.
• Ability to collaborate with a US-based team and align with billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own AR processes within billing and collections to safeguard cash revenues.
• Review customer contracts for billing terms and pricing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Deal Desk, and Order Management to ensure accurate billing.
