Qualifications

• Greet Guests with friendly service and provide legendary guest experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate Teammates; assist Store Manager; recruit and develop talent.
• Manage visual merchandising and store operations to maintain Buckle standards.
• Execute store policies on payments, returns, and loss prevention; ensure a clean, shoppable store.
