Planet Pharma in Poland is seeking a Research Physician to join a growing clinical research site in Gdańsk, Katowice or Czestochowa. You will conduct medical assessments and oversee clinical trial activities, bringing patient care and research together.

This role offers a path into clinical research with no prior trial experience required, while leveraging your medical expertise to ensure participant safety and protocol compliance.

Qualifications

• MD with unrestricted licence to practice in Poland.
• Valid ICH-GCP certification.
• Strong general medical diagnostic and patient treatment experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and patient-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical assessments and clinical evaluations of study participants
• Ensure participant safety, wellbeing, and ethical treatment throughout all clinical studies
• Review screening, enrolment, recruitment, and retention metrics to support successful trial delivery
• Interpret study protocols and Investigator Brochures (IBs)
• Perform protocol-required medical duties in line with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and site procedures
• Review safety data, laboratory results, and participant medical information
• Support audits, inspections, and quality initiatives
• Provide clinical oversight of investigational medicinal products (IMPs)
• Work closely with research teams, sponsors, and other healthcare professionals
