Job summary

Wyser Sp. z o.o. seeks a Reporting & Consolidation Manager to lead IFRS reporting, consolidation, and IFRS compliance across the group. You will partner with senior finance to drive accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness while enhancing control environment.

The role covers technical accounting for acquisitions and non-routine events, coordination with auditors, and ongoing improvements to group reporting processes and ERP data integrity. Fluency in English essential; BIG4 background preferred.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in BIG4 (Audit or IFRS/Technical Accounting).
  • Must-have IFRS expertise.
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and interpret IFRS requirements, implementing new standards across the Group.

Reporting & Consolidation Manager

For our Client, a well-established publicly listed company, we are seeking a Reporting & Consolidation Manager to play a pivotal role in Group financial reporting, consolidation, and ensuring full IFRS compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and interpret IFRS requirements, including assessing and implementing new standards and amendments across the Group.
  • Provide technical accounting support for complex transactions, including acquisitions and other non-routine events.
  • Monitor adherence to the Group Reporting Guidelines and support consistent application across entities.
  • Actively contribute to the preparation of the Group’s consolidated financial statements.
  • Support the quarter-end close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the Group’s auditors and external advisors.
  • Drive and support process improvement initiatives related to reporting and consolidation.
  • Safeguard the quality and integrity of financial data in ERP and reporting systems.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience gained in BIG4 (Audit or IFRS/Technical Accounting teams).
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven, hands‑on expertise in IFRS (must-have).
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Proactive, energetic, reliable, and self‑motivated (self-starter).
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with stakeholders across different business areas, as well as within the finance team.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
