Job summary

Nema Health is a remote, full-time clinic delivering CPT-based treatment for PTSD and trauma care. We seek mission-driven clinicians to join our elite team and grow with a nationally expanding program.

Role reports to the Clinical Supervisor and focuses on Intensive Care delivery, patient scheduling, and collaborative care coordination while maintaining rigorous documentation and outcomes tracking.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD with at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience, OR an independently licensed Master’s-level clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, etc.).
• Active independent clinical license in one or more states (CA, MI, MA, NY, TX) with willingness to cross-license in up to 10 states.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients for intensive CPT-based programs.
• Deliver high-fidelity CPT and related evidence-based therapies for PTSD.
• Manage clinical risk and crisis interventions when needed.
• Lead groups for CPT graduates (e.g., DBT skills groups).
• Coordinate care with administrative and cross-provider teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and measurement-based care records.
