COMP SERV HEALTH RESOURCES NORTH CA is looking for a compassionate Licensed Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or Certified Addiction Counselor (CADC, LCAS) to facilitate trauma-informed group counseling for clients with co-occurring disorders. The role involves using evidence-based practices and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant master's degree and active licensure, with at least 1 year of experience in substance use treatment or co-occurring services. This position offers competitive compensation and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active licensure or certification (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, CADC, LCAS) in good standing.
• At least 1 year experience in substance use disorder treatment or co-occurring mental health services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
• Group facilitation experience with high-risk or underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate trauma-informed group counseling sessions.
• Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Seeking Safety, EMDR-informed education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including case managers, medical staff, and peer support specialists.
