Job summary

• Licensure through PSYPACT required; administrators assist with licensing but therapists stay current with CEUs.
• PhD with at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and effective triage to intensive programs or external referrals.
• Deliver high-fidelity CPT and other evidence-based psychotherapies for PTSD and related conditions.
• Manage clinical risk with crisis-intervention skills and care escalations when needed.
• Lead skills groups (e.g., DBT) for CPT graduates to support long-term healing.
• Coordinate with administrative and clinical teams on referrals and care continuity.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation and measurement-based care records.
