OpenLoop Health Partners is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a fully remote telemedicine role. You will provide clinical guidance, care coordination, education, and advocacy through virtual visits, exercising independent judgment within your scope of practice and coordinating with the patient’s care team.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience, active RN license, telemedicine exposure, and a track record with EHRs.

Formación

• Active RN license.
• Active Compact Nursing License with residence in compact home state and additional 5 licenses.
• ADN from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care, case management, or related settings.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with medical weight management and GLP-1 therapies.
• Minimum 1 year of telemedicine experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess and triage.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, EHRs, and digital tools.
• Own computer, reliable internet, and HIPAA workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scheduled telehealth nursing visits and respond to patient communications.
• Assess patient concerns, answer clinical questions, and provide evidence-based guidance.
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and side effect management.
• Communicate lab and diagnostic results and follow up with patients.
• Document all patient interactions in EMR and internal systems.
• Consult with providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Deliver services compliant with standards, protocols, and HIPAA.
