Job summary

WorkCompvidence PIA LLC is seeking a full-time physician to join its Medical Consultation team in a remote capacity. You will conduct telemedicine visits for work-related injuries and participate in peer-to-peer consultations with an emphasis on safety and quality care.

Ideal candidates hold medical licenses in at least 25 U.S. states, board certification in a relevant specialty (ABMS preferred), and demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration with staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestricted medical licenses in at least 25 U.S. states.
• Board certification (ABMS preferred) in a relevant specialty if possible.
• Specialties include Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Orthopedic Medicine, Occupational Medicine.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting telemedicine visits for work-related injuries.
• Participating in telephonic peer-to-peer consultations.
• Performing additional clerical and office-related duties as needed.
