Job summary

Mindfully Psychiatry seeks a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to supervise up to five nurse practitioners and provide psychiatric services to our patients. The role offers remote or hybrid work with a flexible schedule and opportunities to participate in Mindfully Academy training.

Collaboration with PMHNPs and counselors, adherence to laws and policies, and thorough documentation in the EHR are essential. A strong focus on compassionate, patient-centered care is required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Ohio medical license.
• Experience in integrated healthcare teams.
• Willingness to work as a 1099 contractor.
• Board-certified in Psychiatry.
• Experience supervising or collaborating with PMHNPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care and supervise up to 5 nurse practitioners.
• Prescribe medications and non-pharmacological therapies per guidelines.
• Apply standardized care guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs and counselors on care plans.
• Review charts and treatment plans per state regulations.
• Document accurately in the EHR; participate in team meetings.
