Job summary

RTB House is seeking a technically oriented professional for its Benelux Technical Account Management team. The role focuses on launching and optimizing digital campaigns, verifying tracking, and translating business goals into technical deliverables. Strong communication and English skills are essential.

You will monitor campaigns, resolve issues proactively, and collaborate with account managers to ensure top-tier client service in a remote-first, international context.

Qualifications

Experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization in digital marketing.
Ability to navigate CSV and XML files.
Understanding of URL anatomy (parameters, values and parametrization rules).
Working knowledge in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

Launch advertising campaigns (including verifying tracking code implementation, supervising the creation of advertising materials, and analyzing product feeds).
Monitor all ongoing advertising campaigns assigned to you.
Make changes to new and existing campaigns to translate business objectives into technical deliverables.
Proactively respond to campaign errors and warnings before they affect the performance of the campaigns.
Work closely with our account managers and sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service.
