Cultivate Advisors is seeking experienced business owners to join our team as Advisors. In this remote role, you will partner with entrepreneurs to help them scale their businesses sustainably and profitably. Candidates should have experience running or leading a $2M–$10M business and excel in coaching and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience as the key operator or owner of a business with $2M–$10M in annual revenue.
• Ability to build and lead a leadership team.
• Proven track record of solving problems and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Partner 1:1 with business owners to create and execute strategic growth plans.
• Apply experience in managing operations and scaling a company.
• Build and maintain a book of 15-20 clients.
