Zusammenfassung

SupportYourApp seeks a proactive Key Account Manager to own client accounts end-to-end, including commercial results and operational performance. You will run regular reviews, plan strategically, and lead cross-functional teams across hubs to deliver value for major clients.

You will negotiate terms, scope, and service levels; align with Legal and Finance on MSAs and SOWs, and build scalable processes for ongoing success in a fully remote, internationally distributed environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years leading operations, account management, service delivery, or customer success.

Aufgaben

• Own the account's commercial results, operations, and reputation; lead calls, reviews, and strategy sessions.
• Negotiate SLAs, KPIs, rates, and scope with the client; coordinate MSAs, SOWs, and amendments with Legal/Finance.
• Turn vague requests into costed, scoped workstreams and manage escalations.
• Build and launch new teams; expand language and time-zone coverage as markets grow.
• Create SOPs, escalation paths, QA criteria, knowledge base, and shift handovers.
• Plan travel calendars for peak seasons and contingencies; manage service recovery.
• Develop leadership layers and successors to ensure continuity while you are away.
