Job summary

Norseman Services is a boutique ServiceNow consultancy focused on high-stakes, regulated environments. We seek an experienced ServiceNow Architect to guide complex platform design, governance, and delivery for federal and commercial engagements.

You will work directly with customers and delivery teams to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with long-term business outcomes. You’ll operate at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and stakeholder alignment, contributing to

Qualifications

• Five+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture, governance, and delivery best practices.
• ArchX/CTA or comparable ServiceNow architecture credentials.
• Ability to move between strategic architecture discussions and practical delivery execution.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, SPM, FSM, IRM, Now Assist, integrations, and workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and platform design discussions for ServiceNow implementations and transformations.
• Translate requirements into scalable designs, implementations, and governance recommendations.
• Collaborate with customers, delivery leaders, developers, business analysts, and platform owners.
• Provide architectural guidance across ServiceNow products and capabilities.
• Establish and reinforce best practices for configuration, integrations, security, testing, and upgrade readiness.
• Guide data architecture decisions involving APIs, integrations, data modeling, CMDB/CSDM relationships.
• Contribute to platform roadmaps, environment strategy, and architecture reviews.
• Mentor technical team members to elevate delivery quality.
