Job summary

Discover International is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the SAP MES rollout for pharma operations across Europe. This fully remote, nearshore position requires coordinating IT, operations, quality, and regulatory teams to deliver complex MES implementations.

You will manage risks, drive change, ensure GMP/FDA/EMA compliance, and report to senior stakeholders while mentoring junior project managers. Fluent English and a proven track record with SAP MES are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years managing SAP MES projects in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong expertise in SAP MES interfaces.
• Understanding of pharma regulatory environments (GxP, GDP).
• Agile/Waterfall/hybrid methodology experience; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP MES implementation, integration, interface, and upgrade projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across IT, operations, quality, and regulatory functions.
• Drive risk management, change management, and successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, EMA, and other applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
• Provide senior-level project reporting and stakeholder communication, while supporting the development of junior project managers.
