Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Card Issuing) based in Poland to lead a large-scale migration of live card programs between issuing platforms. You will own the product workstream end to end, documenting current-state configurations and defining the target operating model and migration roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in card issuing/payments.
• Strong experience with card program configurations and issuer processing.
• Direct experience with platform or processor migrations, including live card programs.
• Deep understanding of authorization, clearing, and settlement in issuing environments.
• Familiarity with Visa/Mastercard schemes, BIN sponsorship, licensing, and certification.

Responsibilities

• Own the product workstream for migrating card programs between issuing platforms.
• Document current-state configurations and define target-state configurations.
• Lead capability and gap analysis between platforms and determine replication or redesign needs.
• Coordinate with BIN sponsors, schemes, processors, and partners for migration approvals.
• Define migration strategy, phasing, and decisions on reissuance, token migration, and credential continuity.
• Own the cardholder impact strategy and customer communications during migration.
• Define data migration requirements and ensure data quality and reconciliation.
• Build and maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
