Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Program Coordinator, or in a comparable role within a complex software development environment.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or comparable frameworks).
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the platform backlog, including prioritization and refinement activities.
• Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional activities across the platform environment.
• Plan, monitor, and track sprint execution and delivery progress.
• Prepare sprint reports and management status updates.
• Define, maintain, and report relevant platform KPIs.
• Track and manage platform-related risks identified by development and verification teams.
• Collaborate closely with the Software Platform Manager on cross-program features and dependencies.
• Consolidate information and provide transparent reporting to platform management.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple organizations with different management approaches.
