Job summary

Insuvia is seeking a Senior Pharmacovigilance Specialist based in Poland for a fully remote role. Residency in Poland and fluency in Polish are mandatory to meet local regulatory requirements. The position offers 0.5–1.0 FTE and remote work flexibility while maintaining country-specific compliance.

The role covers PV operations, regulatory intelligence, reporting, and project coordination, with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic outsourcing and consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Life science education in Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, or similar.
• Residence in Poland is required.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of EU regulatory requirements and GVP.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Act as PV contact for country authorities, client and Insuvia staff, ensuring local compliance.
• Perform local literature monitoring and track regulatory updates.
• Translate, manage and report safety information.
• Translate PV documentation and adapt to local requirements.
• Coordinate and implement country-level risk minimization measures.
• Prepare PV activity compliance reports and maintain trackers.
• Manage client expectations and project documentation.
• Plan and oversee project activities and communication with the team.
• Ensure activities adhere to SOPs, regulations and GVP.
