Job summary

Sii is seeking a Senior Oracle Developer to join a project focused on the assessment and modernization of the Oracle E-Business Suite environment. You will analyze current architecture, identify technical debt, and provide recommendations for improvements while collaborating with a remote team to enhance the client's Oracle EBS capabilities.

The role emphasizes architecture assessment, SDLC optimization, and a modernization roadmap with a strong focus on automation and cloud-native patterns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite development and maintenance.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and customizations.
• Experience in assessing and modernizing legacy systems.
• Ability to document technical findings for stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Assess current Oracle EBS environment and identify modernization opportunities.
• Evaluate transition to microservices and assess feasibility.
• Review SDLC, change management, code review, and testing practices.
• Analyze CI/CD and DevOps processes to improve automation.
• Evaluate post-deployment operations like monitoring and incident management.
• Prepare a detailed modernization roadmap for Oracle EBS.
