Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Data Reviewer (Oncology) to support Poland or Canada-based studies with a focus on timely, expert data reviews and data readiness for milestones.

You will perform meticulous data checks and drive data quality ahead of interim analyses, with an emphasis on oncology trials and large, multi-site datasets. Qualified candidates have 7+ years of clinical research experience, direct clinical review and query resolution, and strong proficiency in Excel;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or nursing degree; at least 7 years clinical research experience in pharma.
• Direct clinical review and query writing/resolution experience required.
• Strong ability to assess data validity from a clinical perspective.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data readiness for milestones (interim/final analyses, submissions).
• Review participant-level data per CRF Completion guidelines and DRP.
• Create and issue data queries; follow-through to resolution with escalation as needed.
• Identify data discrepancies and assess safety signals through data reviews.
• Liaise with data management, site management, and study team members.
