4flow AG in Warsaw is seeking a senior logistics professional to lead planning and implementation projects for national and international clients. You will design layouts, optimize material flows, and specify warehouse automation technologies while coordinating tender processes with customers and suppliers.

The role requires a Master’s degree in logistics or related field and several years of experience in logistics engineering, process automation, and project management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics planning, logistics engineering, and process automation.
• Experience managing complex projects related to distribution centers or production environments.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to structure and communicate complex topics.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CAD experience is a plus; good technical understanding of logistics systems and automation.

Responsibilities

• Take on a responsible role in challenging logistics planning and implementation projects for national and international clients.
• Develop layout alternatives, design material flows, and define efficient logistics and production processes including automation and digitalization potential.
• Prepare detailed functional and system specifications for warehouse automation technology.
• Support tendering processes for logistics equipment and systems with customers and suppliers.
• Implement concepts on site at client locations and ensure on-time delivery of sub-projects and workstreams.
• Contribute to internal optimization and knowledge development within the team.
