Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an experienced Senior Laravel Developer to join a fully remote, international team building a next-generation hospitality platform. You will design, implement, and optimize backend services with Laravel 10+, MySQL, and containerized environments.

You’ll drive architectural decisions, apply AI-enhanced tools, and maintain high standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PHP/Laravel experience, strong MySQL knowledge, Docker/Kubernetes skills, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional PHP development experience.
• Strong commercial Laravel 10+ experience.
• MySQL expertise and query optimization.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Experience applying AI tools in software development.
• Deep understanding of modern design principles including CDD, DDD and SOLID.
• Proven ability to write automated tests (unit, integration, feature).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services with Laravel 10+.
• Architect scalable solutions following modern software practices.
• Optimize complex MySQL databases and queries.
• Build and maintain Docker-based environments; deploy on Kubernetes.
