Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Security Engineer focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead the SailPoint migration to Identity Security Cloud. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and security teams to ensure a smooth transition while supporting post-migration improvements.

The role is remote, offering flexible work arrangements and opportunities to engage with enterprise applications across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of IAM experience.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with enterprise IT environments and multiple business applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end migration to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Analyze IAM processes, roles, and entitlements.
• Support integration with enterprise applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, certifications, provisioning, and access requests.
• Assist in role modeling and segregation of duties assessments.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve identity-related issues.
• Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and user guides.
• Provide post-migration support and drive continuous improvement.
