Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to join a global team responsible for the design, implementation and operation of Identity and Access Management solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. You will handle provisioning, federation, role reviews and authentication to ensure secure access and compliance.

The role requires collaboration with IT and service provider teams, driving continuous improvements in service delivery while meeting ITSM and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
• Previous experience in an Identity Access Management role.
• Experience with CyberArk architecture and implementations.
• Experience with SAP IDM integrations.
• Experience with IDM workflows including coding/scripting for IDM workflows and provisioning.
• Hands-on integration and deployment experience with CyberArk (PAM).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to IAM security service delivery including requests, incidents, root cause analysis, and change management.
• Provide post-implementation support and regular system maintenance, including on-call duties.
• Design, implement and maintain core IAM security capabilities and systems.
• Identify threats and mitigate security events related to IAM.
• Lead IAM projects across technology areas from design to post-implementation.
• Review IAM security technologies to ensure compliance and best practices.
