Job summary

Intuition Machines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Fraud Analyst to identify and investigate fraudulent activity within the hCaptcha SaaS platform.

You will analyze financial transactions and web traffic, conduct advanced investigations, and collaborate with ML teams to improve AI/ML detection and response systems. You will monitor diverse data sources, develop actionable insights, and help build dashboards and reports while staying current with fraud trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fraud detection, financial data analysis, risk management, or trust & safety.
• Proficiency in SQL and ideally Python for data analysis and visualization.
• Understanding of fraud detection methodologies and landscape.
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Strong English communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with web-based and API abuse analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, identify, and analyze events from diverse data sources to detect fraud.
• Conduct advanced investigations of suspected fraud and assess risk.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Support to enhance detection strategies.
• Help build fraud detection automation, dashboards, and reports.
• Audit and refine fraud measures to stay compliant with standards.
• Stay informed on fraud trends and regulatory changes.
