Job summary

AL Solutions is seeking Senior/Principal Biostatisticians to join a fast-developing European biometrics team at a mid-sized CRO. The role allows remote work across Europe, including Poland, Bulgaria and the UK, with clear progression paths as the team expands through 2026 and beyond.

You will lead biostatistical activities on multiple clinical trial projects, liaise with clients, and manage budgets while contributing to bid defenses and governance discussions with regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics or Life Sciences.
• Proven CRO/pharma biostatistician with leadership experience.
• Experience leading studies independently.
• Experience using SAS and CDISC.

Responsibilities

• Lead biostatistical activities across clinical trials with high-quality delivery.
• Act as main liaison for clients and manage project queries and needs.
• Own project budgets, cost estimates and track financial performance.
• Participate in bid defense meetings and present capabilities.
• Represent Biometrics in governance discussions and audits.
