Job summary

Akamai Krakow is seeking a Security Architect to join the Security Operations team, focusing on real-time mitigation and analysis for high-traffic environments. You’ll work with global brands, defending against threats and ensuring service stability.

You will engage in mitigation techniques, analyze traffic and systems, and communicate outcomes to customers; night shifts may be required, with English as a primary communication medium during customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Internet technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, web servers)
• Customer-facing experience and understanding of consulting processes
• Proactive, urgent, eager to learn with strong English communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts

Responsibilities

• Engage in mitigation techniques to prevent vector attacks
• Analyze customer traffic, applications and systems to tailor security solutions and meet customer needs
• Communicate with customers regarding challenges and provide updates and results on mitigation and analysis
• Provide support to customers to remedy and resolve network and connectivity issues
