Job summary

Yadimen Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced SAP TM S/4HANA Rollout Consultant for a 6-month initial contract, with extension potential. The role is remote for consultants based in Poland, starting 1 November 2026, and pays EUR 350 per day.

The programme involves rolling out the SAP TM module across waves, with fit-gap analysis, design, build, testing, cutover and early support. You will own the TM solution for your waves, run fit-to-standard sessions, and determine local gaps while

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP logistics with TM on S/4HANA as core
• Experience leading TM rollout/global template programmes
• Experience designing TM solutions and coordinating with SD/MM/EWM FI/CO

Responsibilities

• Lead fit-gap analysis for each rollout wave against global template
• Design the TM solution and local gaps without breaking global standard
• Run build, testing, cutover and hypercare for each wave
• Create functional specifications for build team and coordinate with integration/test leads
• Coordinate remote collaboration across countries within the programme team
• Capture lessons learned from each wave to improve the template
