Job summary

DSR Global is seeking an experienced SAP CO Team Lead to steer a multi-project S/4HANA rollout. You will lead a small SAP FICO team, drive delivery and manage stakeholders while remaining hands-on in CO configuration when needed.

The role requires strong SAP FI/CO expertise, team leadership, and experience with global, multi-site programmes. Remote work with occasional travel to offices is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP FI/CO experience, incl. 3+ years in Team Lead role.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA delivery experience incl. SAP Activate & Agile.
• Hands-on SAP CO configuration & implementation.
• Deep knowledge of Finance/Controlling in S/4HANA.
• Experience in global SAP programmes & leading teams of ~5.
• Manufacturing industry exp, Metal/Automotive, MTO exposure.
• SAP integration tech: IDocs/eDocs/EDI; basic ABAP debugging.
• Fiori & SAP Analytics Cloud exp; interest in SAP Joule.
• Env. management, release control, versioning & deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of up to five SAP FICO consultants, incl. planning, recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Coordinate weekly FICO workstream and project meetings, track progress and change requests.
• Work with PMs, Solution Architects and BPOs to align with S/4HANA roadmap.
• Oversee requirements quality, configuration, testing, docs, defects, training and hyper-care.
• Provide weekly project status and resource/time tracking across projects.
• Hands-on SAP CO configuration and functional delivery, incl. WRICEF analysis/testing.
• Support Business Key Users through training and hyper-care.
• Coordinate with Global SAP Architects to align with global SAP template.
