Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced Salesforce systems analyst to join our team working on a strategic CRM system for the banking sector. You will analyze and design solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, and collaborate with technical teams and business representatives. Remote work is possible.

Responsibilities include modeling processes, designing architectures, and documenting technical decisions, with a focus on standard-first approaches and robust integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a systems analyst or Salesforce consultant.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and standard CRM functionalities.
• Experience designing business-technical solutions and documenting analyses.
• Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integrations; REST API knowledge.
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ or similar).
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions.
• Design solutions following a 'standard first' approach; justify custom solutions when needed.
• Create analytical, functional, and technical documentation with design rationales.
• Model business processes and design solution architectures.
• Design and analyze integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, Product Owners, and business representatives.
• Participate in analytical workshops and define functional requirements.
• Create process diagrams, architecture, data models, and integration flows.
