Job summary

GoldenScript is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our remote team. You will serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and pharmacies, managing a queue of active clinical cases and driving each to resolution.

Your role requires sharp clinical judgment, persistence, and exceptional communication as you review encounters, engage prescriber offices and patients, and document interactions across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license with multistate privilege under the NLC.
• 2+ years in medication management, care coordination, or utilization review.
• Strong knowledge of drug classes and interaction risks.
• Proven high-volume, outcome-driven phone outreach.
• Attention to detail and ability to document in multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Own a queue of active clinical cases and drive each to resolution.
• Review cases, engage prescriber offices and patients, document encounters.
• Maintain sharp clinical judgment to distinguish real issues from noise.
• Persistently follow up until cases close.
