Job summary

Scandit Poland is seeking an Order Management Operations & Transformation Lead on a 12-month contract to guide complex SaaS bookings and transform the end-to-end order-to-cash process. The role blends hands-on booking leadership with cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate data and scalable workflows.

The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce expertise, experience with NetSuite, and a proactive approach to automation and AI-enabled improvements across order management and finance

Qualifications

• 6+ years in order management or SaaS with complex bookings
• Hands-on Salesforce experience
• Experience with NetSuite and ERP data
• Ability to lead process transformation and drive automation
• Strong written English communications

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SaaS bookings and provide guidance on non-standard deals
• Own end-to-end transformation of the booking process
• Oversee order entry, validation, and data integrity across systems
• Drive automation initiatives and implement AI-assisted workflows
