Job summary

your Jared is seeking a motivated QA Engineer to test Voice AI Agent software across ASR, NLU, and TTS components. The role focuses on creating and executing test plans, documenting results, and supporting UAT, with up to 3 years of QA experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of QA or software testing experience.
• Exposure to Voice AI, chatbots, or conversational AI preferred.
• Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Voice AI Agent apps.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of voice interactions.
• Validate ASR, NLU, TTS performance in conversations.
• Prepare test documentation and defect logs.
• Identify, report and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to reproduce issues.
• Support API testing for backend services and voice integrations.
• Assist in UAT preparation and execution.
