Job summary

Visitkalouts is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated tests for UI and APIs. You will build automation using Playwright for frontend and integration testing, contributing to scalable automation frameworks and reusable test components.

The role requires strong Java programming skills, experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Git. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and AI-assisted tools is beneficial, and a hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for UI and API testing.
• Solid programming skills in Java for test frameworks and automation support.
• Experience testing Web applications, REST APIs and service integrations.
• Strong understanding of test design and test strategies across layers.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
• Version control using Git and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot or Cursor.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for UI and APIs.
• Build automation using Playwright for frontend and integration testing.
• Contribute to automation frameworks for maintainability and scalability.
• Develop reusable test components and patterns.
