Job summary

XM is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our team and elevate product quality across web and mobile. You will implement automated tests using Java/Kotlin, Selenium/Selenide, REST Assured, and integrate them into CI pipelines.

You will design testing frameworks, collaborate with development, translate requirements into tests, and contribute to SDLC and STLC with a focus on performance, security, and GUI testing. Remote or Cyprus/Greece friendly options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of QA and test automation experience (GUI and API).
• Hands-on automation with Java and Playwright or similar for mobile testing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to deliver high quality software.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Enhance software delivery and quality across the SDLC.
• Perform automated functional and performance testing.
• Design and develop the test automation framework and libraries.
• Maintain CI pipelines and integrate automated scripts into CI tools.
• Manage issues and drive resolutions during testing.
• Participate in SDLC and STLC processes.
