Job summary

Smarter Contact is hiring a Product Manager to own the Voice/Telephony product line, including the outbound Power Dialer, calling algorithm, and call-quality work. You’ll also own the mobile app for iOS and Android, ensuring native UX and app-store release readiness.

This is a fully remote role with significant CET overlap, working with small squads across web and mobile. You’ll collaborate with marketing, design, and support to roll out features and drive adoption in a fast-paced SaaS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management with voice/calling experience.
• Mobile knowledge for iOS/Android releases and app-store submissions.
• Structured beta programs or phased rollouts with defined success criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own the Voice/Telephony roadmap: Power Dialer, calling algorithm, and pricing.
• Translate constraints into an executable plan for engineering.
• Run beta programs with clear success criteria and adjust plan based on data.
