Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Product Compliance Counsel based in Poland. This remote-first role collaborates with Product, Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure digital products meet EU and US regulatory requirements.

You will monitor consumer protection, advertising standards, sanctions, and AI governance, while developing training and internal policies to promote compliant product development. A law degree is required with English and Russian proficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
• Knowledge of EU and US consumer protection laws for digital products.
• Understanding of marketing and advertising compliance in EU/US.
• Familiarity with EU/US digital legislative frameworks for tech platforms and AI governance.
• Knowledge of Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Russian at least B2.

Responsabilidades

• Review product specifications for websites and apps for regulatory compliance.
• Review marketing materials for consumer protection and advertising standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments across EU and US and advise on impact.
• Track sanctions-related developments and maintain internal policies.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and guidance materials.
• Review AI-enabled products for governance and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and cross-functional teams to integrate compliance.
