IQVIA LLC is seeking a Clinical Independent Rater (Polish Speaking) to work remotely and support the integrity of clinical trial data by reviewing scales and guiding raters on methodology and scoring. The role includes mock interviews and documentation to support rater performance.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in psychology or related field, 3+ years in psychiatric assessments, and fluency in English and Polish. Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office is expected.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent). MD, DO, or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews (MINI, MADRS).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research).
• Experience in CNS trials preferred.

• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions, ensuring all relevant documents and scale items are available.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback and guidance on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
