Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Independent Rater - Polish Speaking for remote work. This role supports clinical trial data integrity by reviewing scales, guiding methodology, and calibrating raters through live discussions and mock assessments.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in psychology or related field, have 3+ years of psychiatric assessment experience, and be fluent in English with native Polish. The position requires 10–16 hours per month.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry Nursing, or Social Work; MD/DO/PhD preferred.
• 3+ years administering psychiatric assessments and rating scales (MINI, MADRS).
• 3+ years clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• 3+ years administering scales in clinical research trials (not grad work).
• Experience in CNS trials preferred.
• Fluent in English and native Polish.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with all documents and scales.
• Conduct live feedback sessions with raters on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions on schedule.
• Submit documentation accurately and on time.
