Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Independent Rater (Polish Speaking) to work remotely on a part-time basis, roughly 10–16 hours per month. The role focuses on reviewing clinical trial scales, ensuring data integrity, and supporting raters with methodology and scoring.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years in psychiatric assessments, and fluency in English with native Polish. Experience with MINI/MADRS and CNS trials is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field (or MD/DO/PhD preferred).
• Min. 3 years in psychiatric assessments and rating scales (MINI and MADRS).
• Min. 3 years clinical experience with psychiatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare materials for rater discussions.
• Conduct live feedback sessions on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Complete tasks and rater interactions on schedule.
• Submit documentation accurately and on time.
