destinationone Consulting is seeking a creative Podcaster to lead a new initiative from concept to publication. This remote role focuses on producing engaging content that highlights leadership across healthcare, non-profits, government, and clean technology sectors.

You will develop topics, book guests, record and edit episodes, and publish across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and more, while collaborating with marketing to grow listeners and impact.

Formación

• Proven experience in podcast production, hosting, or a related field.
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to engage guests in meaningful conversations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Technical proficiency with audio and video recording and editing software.
• Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms and audience growth strategies.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing projects independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for storytelling and a deep interest in high-impact industries such as healthcare, non-profits, and clean technology.

Responsabilidades
