Job summary

Zyte is seeking a Platform and Automation Engineer to architect and operate the internal technology ecosystem that powers our globally distributed company. This role focuses on automating internal IT, integrating systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, finance, HR, and collaboration tools into a coherent, automated architecture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/Platform engineering roles, with 3+ years senior ownership of internal systems and automation at a SaaS/tech company.
• Strong scripting and programming ability in Python, Go, Bash, and Node.js.
• Experience with GCP and AWS, IAM, EC2/S3.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
• Knowledge of macOS and Linux environments.
• Experience implementing ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR controls.
• Experience working in remote-first or globally distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate the internal IT ecosystem powering Zyte’s global company.
• Design automated workflows and data synchronization across multiple SaaS platforms.
• Develop internal automation tooling, CLI utilities, and small services.
• Build SaaS integrations for CRM, billing, and collaboration systems.
• Introduce AI-driven workflows to improve operations and developer productivity.
• Create a developer-friendly IT Golden Path for onboarding, identity, and self-service automation.
