Job summary

Tabby is seeking a People Experience Partner to own the employee lifecycle across Georgia, Armenia and Poland. The role covers onboarding, offboarding, relocation support, and day-to-day employee assistance. Based in Tbilisi with weekly office presence, this hands-on position grows with Tabby's HR function.

You will manage office operations, vendor relations, and regional events while ensuring compliance and confidential handling of information. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, people operations or a similar role in a fast-paced, international company.
• Hands-on onboarding, offboarding and employee documentation experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple topics.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and offboarding for employees in Georgia, Armenia and Poland; ensure documentation and registrations are completed.
• Relocation options guidance and coordination with relocation agencies.
• Handle day-to-day employee queries and maintain accurate employee records; manage the Tbilisi office and vendors.
• Organise regional team events; support engagement initiatives and culture representation.
