Job summary

Aryzta Europe Business Service Center in Wroclaw is hiring a Payment Operations Specialist to manage and execute payment operations with accuracy and compliance. You will resolve outstanding items, monitor GR/IR balances, and contribute to Source-to-Pay process improvements.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in finance-related field, 2–4 years in payment/tax operations, SAP S/4HANA experience, and English at B2 level or higher. Remote work is available, with international flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Payment Operations or related finance function.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• English proficiency at least B2 (written and spoken).
• Experience in GR/IR monitoring, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Execute supplier payments accurately, on time, and in compliance with policies.
• Process domestic, international, urgent, and manual payments through ERP systems and banking platforms.
• Monitor payment status and resolve failed or outstanding transactions.
• Maintain and validate payment-related master data, including supplier banking details.
• Perform payment controls and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related queries, discrepancies, and vendor account issues.
• Monitor, reconcile, and clear GR/IR balances and support AP accounts.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with banking partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment operations.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
