Candidates should have an Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy and be a Registered Respiratory Therapist, with flexibility for remote work, strong communication skills, and HIPAA compliance.

Formación

• Minimum 0-1 year experience in respiratory therapy.
• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist credential.
• Knowledge of BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP standards.
• State licensure as needed for the location.
• Own computer and reliable internet for remote work.

Responsabilidades

• Set up PAP equipment and supplies for patients.
• Provide use instructions and follow-up support.
• Troubleshoot PAP setups and answer questions.
• Advise patients on sleep therapy, risks, and costs.
• Support the patient compliance program with calls and data downloads.
• Interface with providers to deliver sleep therapy.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies in all communications.
