Job summary

London Strategy is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5–7 years of delivery in OT/ICS environments to lead complex cybersecurity programmes across industrial settings. You will work with OT engineering teams, cybersecurity specialists and vendors to deliver on-time, within scope and budget across multiple sites.

The role requires strong planning, reporting and governance, with exposure to IEC 62443 and NIST CSF frameworks, and a track record of coordinating diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of PM delivery experience in OT/ICS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, coordination and delivery of OT cybersecurity projects and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets and schedules.
• Manage RAID logs, actions, decisions, governance and reporting.
• Coordinate client stakeholders, OT engineering teams, cybersecurity SMEs and vendors.
• Track delivery across multiple sites and teams; manage changes and escalations.
• Support OT cybersecurity assessments, segmentation, secure remote access and controls.
• Ensure dependencies and risks are reflected in the project plan.
• Prepare management updates and escalation materials for leadership.
• Drive actions to closure and ensure accountability.
